Scene I: Sylvan's Prophecy
Witnessing the atrocities committed in the names of fear and control, a peaceful and solitary sorcerer of the forest is swept into premonition of a dark and divided future. A vision foretells the coming of a hateful age of man, ruled only by greed and lust for power.
We’ve seen the patterns all before
Rally cries on the path to war
We need to set things right
We can’t escape this fight
You’ll know. You know.
You’ve seen the ways they take
Propaganda guised as fate
You see them for the snake
You need to anticipate
It’s all just a bit obscene
Boots march to familiar themes
We’ve heard excuses all before
Victimhood since days of yore
Signs point to the endless night
Don’t let them snuff the light
When the cycle’s at its end
Don’t be the one to bend!
You’ll know. You know.
You’ve seen the ways that they take
Propaganda guised as fate
You see them for the snake
You start to anticipate
Scene II: Oracle's Quest
With numbers dwindling through the trials, The Sylvan seeks out of a Coven of Light to resist the darkness closing in on the world. Appetite whet by the dark acts of man, the Seed of Light must be planted before greater forces of evil take a foothold in the realm.
Find the way.
0BRE (Autumn 1693)
Bloodleaf Ritual
Witches of Light and Wizards of Earth have been united to liberate The People from a great darkness ahead in the future of Humankind. An ancient ritual is set in motion. The seeds are planted in the past, for peace today.
Moonlight caught in the bladesheen
Torchlit cloaks, mask the unseen
The wind is calling in the dark
Together now to embark
A Ritual of Sacred Need
The Bloodleaf Cult of the Hallowed Tree
Naked in the Autumn Spell
Bleeding in the Dark Rite
They summon in the black night
Light from the Fires of Hell
At once the stars are fading
The storm is falling still
Seeking vengeance for Their slain
Moonglow bathes the charred remains
To make things right They will unite
To let Our souls take flight
Per umbram semen lucis Nostrae serimus
Cum tenebrae infra sicut tenebrae supra sint
Praesāgium Nostrum adimpletur
Ex praeteritis Eorum oritur orbis luminis
The wind is calling in the dark
Together now to embark
A Ritual of Sacred Need
The Bloodleaf Cult of the Hallowed Tree
Time will pass without a word
The Earth renewed endures Its doom
While darkness learns its rightful place
In the Shadow of the Eternal Moon
433ARE (After Ritual Era)
Riven // Vol. One: Peaceful Empire
Humanity is uprooted, fleeing Earth in search of a new home after the world was violently divided. Sailing on solar wind, through plasma wormholes They encounter an enlightened society. Warmly, Humanity is welcomed to share in their knowledge and abundance- However! Is everything as it seems? Can We trust another empire after the fall of Earth?
One last chance, Our circumstance
Through the noise, into the void
To transcend through plasmic tides
Realms beyond, lost to the night
As We saw the end was nigh
Millions cried we’ll all be fine
Firmly planted in the sand
Minds decay lost to divide
Earth was lost to holocaust
No way back, or face attack
The Human Race flees in disgrace
Damned to wander outer space
Starwind sailing fast
We see the bridge at last
Uncharted worlds in Our reach
Soon Their secrets may They teach
Greet Us All with open thought
Awake the light that time forgot
Their message rings in psychic fire
“Join us in our peaceful empire”
Can We trust another empire?
Can We trust another empire?
???
Non-Viscous Entity
Beyond time and space, lurks a dark and ravenous dimension of hate. An immaterial psychic parasite suspends souls in a void prison simulation of confusion and fear.
Psychic parasite
Feeding on Our fear
The fifth dimensional hunger
Of a hateful realm of night
Waking up from the simulation
We see the writing on the wall
Breaking out of the simulation
The greatest challenge for Us All
Lost in mental haze
Entangled and forlorn
Paralyzed within the cycle
Shrouded in the perfect storm
Lost, bonded souls caught in the void
Means to an end, flies in a web
To salvage fading Light
A Sisyphean fight
The final chance at liberation
To purge the parasite
Waking up from the simulation
We see the writing on the wall
Breaking out of the simulation
The greatest challenge for Us All
1ARE
The Purge of Light
The Light no longer shone, the colour of the world was washed out, and the realm faces perpetual darkness. Only those brave enough to scale the endless storm of Thunder Hill might hope to restore The Prism and thus The Light of the realm...
A spectrum of Light
to feed Our souls
Now the sky grows dim
Our Light has gone
In the time before the fall
In the Valley of the Sun
The Prism shone great light
From the heavens crashed a scourge
On the hill of spark and steel
In a final flash of night

Acts of War Pt. I (Divide)
Reaching a present-day timeline of an Earth not unlike our own, the People of the world live crushed under the gluttonous weight of unrelenting oligarchy. Ever closer to reaching the breaking point, a glimmer of hope in the light of revolution peeks through the clouds as They awaken to solidarity.
They squeeze You
They take what's Yours
They rape The World
You live there under their table
Holding the weight of their feasts
The load is bearing down on You
When will You seek release?
Year by year things stay the same
The People can't see who's to blame
Divided We stay weak and poor
Can't We see their acts of war?
Keep Our eyes off the prize
Deny Us of Our human rights
Entertain Us, blind Our eyes
So We can't see who holds the knife.
You lived there under their table
Their greed none could sustain
They'll never stop, no it won't end with You
There was a better way
Year by year things stay the same
The People can't see who's to blame
Divided We stay weak and poor
Why can't We see their acts of war?
We say the pen is stronger than the sword
Their boardrooms flow with crimson seas
In this war of gold and green
Let My word be The Guillotine
5ARE
Trial of Thunder Hill
IIIIV: Ascent
The Coven, facing a world of newfound darkness, reunites to ascend a treacherous mountain of steel, met with the raw power of nature itself in revolt. Wind and rain. Slippery slopes, thunder and lightning.
Wind and rain
Thunder and Lightning
Great mountain of slickened steel
The quest demands Our ascending
The Power of Nature unfolds
Earth unrelenting
Perpetual night of the storm
Roars of flash guide the way to Our rising
Dread power encumbers Our minds
As We push to the top of the mountain
IIIV: Seed of Darkness
Reaching the summit, They arrive at the Zenith Temple. A great stone altar stands eerily quiet before them. The ringing in their minds has haunted their ascent, growing heavier with each nearer step. Rising from the stone, writhes an inky, twisting shape of incorporeal haze. The Coven faces the Seed of Darkness as one, as the storm rages on above.
The Sylvan seizes a moment of opportunity, as The Prism briefly breaches the shadow. Channeling Their collective Light through His Staff of The Forest: ‘Soundspacer’, He redirects a mighty flash into the heart of The Prism. The darkness is overcome with Light amplified within, bursting forth in an array of pure white and rainbow.
Black, it rises from the stone
The seed of darkness that has grown
Shadow tendrils have consumed
The Prism of The Altar of The Moon
We face the twisted foreign wraith
An aura beyond time and space
As thunder cracks the sky
The Sylvan sees the glow
The Prism trapped below
The shadow left exposed
With the power of The Light
Of The Coven in the night
He channels through His Staff
A flash through The Prism’s heart
The Darkness bursts alight
In rainbow and in white
Expelled, cleansed from within
The trial comes to an end
IIV: The Great Prism
Darkness is banished from The Temple, calm descends. In the eye of the perpetual storm of Thunder Hill, The Prism floats back down to Earth, peacefully spinning.
Upon the summit
In the eye of the storm
The Prism waits

5ARE
Conjuring the Golden Storm
Clouds part to the storm’s periphery, raging on beyond the eye in which The Temple lies. Light begins to dim as swift as its manifestation. The Coven must perform one final ritual to summon the return of the Great Golden Storm of Light. Calling on distant stars, They open a portal to a realm of eternal radiance. Golden Light bathes The Prism and the plateau, as colour floods The Valley below. As light and life return to the realm, The Sylvan chooses to remain at The Temple in duty to ensure the security of portal and Prism.
We scaled The Great Hill of Steel
Our fears the truth revealed
As one We slew the wraith
Of an ancient force of hate
Without The Prism’s Light
We fall back into the night
We join to reignite
The Great Golden Storm of Light
We call out to The Stars
To lend Us from afar
Light above, bless Light below
So it is, it is so
Light above, bless Light below
So it is, it is so
Around The Prism, at the summit, evil banished
Light still fading, Prism waiting, clouds have vanished
Wake the portal, the unbinding of the golden storm
Call the Starlight, through the portal, Light immortal
Purged of colour was the valley, now returning
Life refracted by The Prism atop Thunder Hill
Through The Prism, from the realms of endless Starlight
Shines the spectrum of intention, ever guiding
Resurrecting, Light returning hope unto the realm
Sylvan reaching through the storm, anticipating
Hold the portal, guard The Prism, sacred duty
Join The Prism at the Zenith Temple of the land
Light above, bless Light below
So it is, it is so

Riven // Vol. Two: Shadow of The Moon
I. Recall
Rejecting the uncertainty of the “Peaceful Empire”, the Guardians of Humanity came to understand that the only viable option is to return and fight for the home that They know. No one can save Them, but Themselves.
Imeoidh an t-am gan focal,

II. Halls of Doubt
Seeking the path of least resistance, many are tempted to follow a global artificial intelligence system that had manifested into self-awareness, identifying itself ‘crom’. Mindlessly pillaging the Earth to appease their master, the cult of crom brought it to near decimation.
Anxieties run rampant, returning from flight to fight for Earth. Has Humanity doomed Itself? A better world is possible. Is this a fight They cannot win? As one, They will make Their final stand against the followers of crom.
We crossed a sea of space and time
Seeking refuge, seeking home
Have Our fears now steered Us blind?
Did We forsake Our only hope?
We’ve learned from Our mistakes
In Our own hands shall rest Our fate
We feel the call back to Our home
We reject the curse to roam
We feel it in Our Souls
Calls Us back, now to Our home!
We left a world of pain and greed
Of artificial leadership
Thoughtless impulse driven fiends
Spun The World into divide
We’ll make Our final stand
As One We’ll seize the Wheels of Fate
We need to trust in Ourselves
We can’t wait for someone else
We can renew the Earth
Last chance, Our lives would be worth
III. Soul Summoning
As They make landfall, The Moon is full. A mysterious Crimson Tree waits near the impact crater in the distance. They approach, as if subconsciously compelled to investigate, only to be ambushed as a total lunar eclipse begins.
By Full Moon’s glow We see a monolithic Tree
Compelled, from deep within, Our journey soon begins
Eclipsing Moon above, surprise attack below!
IV. Those Who Remain
The moon fades to black, and battle rages on as stars go out one by one. As the last star vanishes, a fiery glow surrounding The Tree catches the attention of all.
The Moon fades from the night, as We duel now for Our lives
Crumbling hopes, plagued with doubt
One by one The Stars go out
With the last, a golden glow from The Tree halts all below
Enigmatic fascination captures all in contemplation
V. Through The Prism, Through Time
Outside of time, The Sylvan gazes into The Prism to a scene of brutality. The Ritual Prophecy unfolds as The Light of Humanity wanes.
Through time, Prism visions of the clash
One last chance, rise from the ash
By Shadow We sow the seed of Our Light;
When darkness below is as the darkness above, Our prophecy is fulfilled;
From Their past a World of Light arises.
VI. The Great Tree of Crimson
As fate draws near for Humanity, the same golden, fiery energy immolates their assailants from within. Thick black smoke pours from their eyes and mouths as The Moon comes out of totality. The smoke collects from near and far into a single form, and The Tree’s glow becomes a deep crimson, illuminating The Full Moon in a pillar of Light. In a moment, the smoke is siphoned through the beam. As the crimson light fades, Humanity gathers around The Tree as Its leaves begin to fall, to appreciate the beauty of the full moon. Home.
Human twilight growing near
Twisted foes meet karmic fear
In sudden inner immolation
Fiery golden depuration
Purged of the dark
Thick smoke and ash in bloom
Black aura gathers high
Totality frees The Moon
At once The Crimson Tree
Its glow matches Its leaves
Light pillar bathes The Moon
By the beam Earth’s scourge exhumed
The Crimson Light begins to fade
Beneath The Tree, The Humans gaze
In reverence of The Moon
They vow to start this World anew
332ARE
Too High to go So Low
The potential of Humanity is squandered in favour of convenience. Apathy enables the eternal trap that binds Us. The truth of Our Light outshines the dark confines of the simulation, if we should open Our eyes to see it.
As above, yet so below
We’re too high, to go so low
Like moths and the lamplight
Seeking Stars We’ll never hold
Our ambitions, Our instincts
Decaying in real-time
Chains of gold, We wear with pride
Grateful for eternal binds
Deaf to power of The Mind
We succumb to the divide
Lay abandoned, Our highest roles
Feed Our egos with Our souls
Like moths and the lamplight
333ARE
Grieve Your masters
Humanity begins to awaken to reality. To be free, one must break their chains. Those in control are void of respect for The People. Idolizing them will never bring liberation. Unity against a life as submissive cattle is the only way out of the war machine’s meat grinder.
Silent violence, on Our knees
Ears deaf to peaceful pleas
Cruel laughter as they slay
This is their game, We have to play
Lobbied realms of red or blue
Wings of the bird with sights on You
All the same they’re pulling out Your threads
Slain in pen, Our ink runs red
Don’t grieve Your masters
We do not sympathize with beasts
Shed Your chains, and raise Your heads up high
The vultures wait above You in the sky
Don’t grieve Your masters
We do not sympathize with beasts
Shed Your chains, and raise Your heads up high
The vultures wait above You in the sky
Don't grieve Your masters
See Your foe at last, they put You up against Your Brothers
Cut out the parasite, We will not grieve now, for Our masters
Post mortem nihil est
ipsaque mors nihil
Tempus nos avidum devorat et Chaos
Quaeris quo iaceas post obitum loco
Quo non nata iacent
Don’t grieve Your masters
We do not sympathize with beasts
Shed Your chains, and raise Your heads up high
The vultures wait above You in the sky

Acts of War Pt. II (Conquer)
Free from the corrupting influences of fear and greed, the truth is clear. Together, We are stronger. The veil of a manufactured culture war thins to dust. The enemy is revealed. Together, We rise.
Don’t forget there is a way out. Through, together!
Just a matter of time, We saw the writing on the wall
A common threat, the ones behind it all
Unite, to rise! Awake to their lies
We rise; We rise!
We paid attention, the patterns screamed
Horrors of past beyond Our wildest dreams
“Never again, at least not to me”
Complacently it came to be
It’s said that pride always comes before a fall
Untouchable men making pawns of Us All
In time We wake, to join at last
In time at last We rise!
We conquer the beast
Strong as One- the empire comes undone
Free We climb, to heights unseen
Fueled by Love, the day is won
